AromaTouch
AromaTouch is a patented Aroma Touch therapy in which eight carefully selected oils are applied to the back, neck and soles with slow, soft, stroking movements.
It has a very deep, cleansing and relaxing effect on the whole body, acting supportively on the immune system and the whole organism.
The gentle, rhythmic touch works in harmony with the aroma of wonderful oils that reach deep into the tissues. This way our whole autonomic nervous system is supported, thanks to which we can lower physical and mental stress and restore the body's balance.
dōTERRA essential oils are scientifically proven to have therapeutic effect — they are cold-pressed or distilled, gathered at the perfect moment of their growth and multiply tested to ensure purity and quality.
Oils used:
- Balance grounding blend (spruce, camphor, frankincense, tansy and chamomile) — creates a feeling of contentment and balance.
- Lavender — a natural antihistamine; its most notable property is its ability to calm and relax body and mind.
- Tea tree (Melaleuca) — best known for its cleansing and antibacterial properties.
- On Guard oil blend (orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary) — an immune-supporting blend that cleanses and gives energy.
- Aroma Touch massage blend — combines cypress, peppermint, marjoram, basil, grapefruit and lavender essential oils.
- Deep Blue oil blend (camphor, peppermint, chamomile, wintergreen, blue tansy, helichrysum) — anti-inflammatory, effective for nervous-system, muscle and bone related issues.
- Wild orange — a natural antidepressant with powerful antioxidants; reduces stress and tension and lifts the mood.
- Peppermint — supports the respiratory system and restores the body's balance (homeostasis).
